An Post delivery attempt scam?

Eflow spam text saying I used the motorway without paying. I can’t drive.

Haad a call from this number. They left no message. I called back and just got a voice mail to say their Advisors are stll busy and to hold. No idea who they are so guess its either a sales call or a scam as I have no ongoing stuff with any business in Galway.

I have been getting missed calls from this number. I'm unsure if its spam scammers or a legit caller.
