I called them back, and It was from Robert Half talent company.

Said it was Westpac....

Ring a couple of times. Don't leave a message so assume its telemarketers

Has rung 3 times today but never leaves a voice mail message

got cold called from this number, said it was 'study for work', they are doing online courses for management online

Rung said was from a heatpump company wanted to come clean heatpump. Did not mention name of company was rude and arrogant potentially a scam be wary of.

I missed a call, I tried to google the number to see who it was and I havnt found anything

i been getting calls from 09 909 7818 with no voice on other end

SPAM, DO NOT RING THIS NUMBER BACK OR TAKE ANY CALLS FROM THEM

With one call (8/8/22, a woman with Kiwi accent said she was from Vodafone, a second call (21/9/22) was silent and ended after about ten seconds. Likely fraudulent.
